Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of residential real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and smooth coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Manage contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, BOQ, quality, and resource utilization.
• Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and other project activities.
• Identify and resolve project delays, execution issues, and risks.
• Prepare project MIS, progress reports, and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive snagging, finishing, completion, and project handover.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in real estate / residential construction / EPC.
• Strong experience in project execution, contractor management, planning, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from reputed real estate developers or construction companies preferred.
